Birf-day
Today is my birf-day.*
I can't describe the kind of day that I have had so far, or the amazing people that have taken time out of their lives to celebrate my birf-day. It has been wonderful.
Usually, I don't make a big deal, or any deal for that matter, out of my birf-day. In the last few years, it has become a source of stress for family reasons. When I say family, I mean the family that I was born into - the one's who should know when my birf-day is.

But today was different. Today was extra special. Today, so many people took time to say Happy Birthday, email, stop by my desk, have lunch with me, make something for me, sign a card, etc. It's overwhelming. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that.
I can't tell you how much you have made me believe in my birthday again.
